About Us

We call ourselves Submitters and consider any true believer in God as a Submitter. This means that person submits to the will of God. God Almighty only accepts the worship of someone who works to turn their will and life over to Him (3:19 & 85). Thus Submission is not actually a religion; rather it describes one’s devotion to God alone. Submitters strive to reach the conviction that only God possesses any power; no other entity possesses any power independent of His power. To devote our lives and worship absolutely to God alone becomes our goal. Thus, we make the First Commandment of all the scriptures—including the Old Testament, the New Testament and the Final Testament (The Quran)—our life’s work.

Therefore you shall adore the Lord your God
with all your heart,
with all your soul,
with all your mind,
and with all your strength.
[ Deuteronomy 6:4-5, Mark 12:29-30, Quran 3:18]

Many believe that Muhammad founded Islam. God recognizes Islam, total submission to Him alone, as the only religion. This began at the time of Adam (3:19, 85), The Quran reports that Abraham first used the word "Islam" and he first called us "Muslims", i.e., Submitters (22:78). His willingness to sacrifice his only son, Ismail, when he thought God commanded it shows his exemplary submission to God. Actually, Satan commanded this horrendous crime and God prevented it.

Islam is called "Millat Ibrahim" (The Religion of Abraham) throughout the Quran (2:130, 135; 3:95; 4:125; 6:161; 12:37-38; 16:123; 21:73; 22:78). And the Quran tells us that Muhammad was a follower of Abraham (16:123).
