Masjid Tucson does not directly collect any personally identifiable information about you through this app.

Your location is used by the app to generate prayer times. However, we do not track you nor associate locations with specific users.

Any information we have access to about you or the app usage will never be sold or rented to others, God willing (i.e., it is for internal use).

God willing, we will not share your information without consent to a third party outside our organization except for the following reason. We may share the information collected with an external entity if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

• Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
• Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
• Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our organization, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
