In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

[Quran 59:18] O you who believe, you shall reverence GOD, and let every soul examine what it has sent ahead for tomorrow. You shall reverence GOD; GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

	God's Infinite Mercy
[Quran 39:53] Proclaim: "O My servants who exceeded the limits, never despair of GOD's mercy. For GOD forgives all sins. He is the Forgiver, Most Merciful."

Each morning that we wake up is is an opportunity to work on our souls. This world is our last and final chance to redeem ourselves. God tells us in the Quran that when we sleep He takes our soul, and not all souls return for another day (Quran 39:42). So if we do wake up, it is God giving us yet another chance to work on our soul's record.

We want our record to be as good as possible. And that means being devoted to God, doing righteous works and repenting for our sins.

May God help us to be grateful for today and use it to do better.
