Subject: [Masjid Tucson] Submission weekly reminder In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Peace be upon you, [Quran 10:57] O people, enlightenment has come to you herein from your Lord, and healing for anything that troubles your hearts, and guidance, and mercy for the believers. [Quran 6:155] This too is a blessed scripture that we have revealed; you shall follow it and lead a righteous life, that you may attain mercy. The Quran is a beacon and mercy (Quran 6:157, 12:111 and 31:3). But do we make use of it? Do we do what it takes to attain mercy (Quran 6:155)? God, in His mercy, has granted us this life as a third and final chance to do better (Quran 67:1-2). And notwithstanding our many mistakes in this life, God continues to give us chances to seek forgiveness, repent and do better. He is Most Merciful. He also gives us the commandments in the Quran so we know what to do and what to avoid. May God shower us with His grace and mercy.
