Subject: [Masjid Tucson] Submission weekly reminder In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Peace be upon you, [Quran 16:78] GOD brought you out of your mothers' bellies knowing nothing, and He gave you the hearing, the eyesight, and the brains, that you may be appreciative. Consider how our lives would be different without eyes (our "windows" to the world). We use the eyes God gave us throughout our day: reading His scripture, going to work or school, spending time with family and friends, marveling at God's wondrous creations, or even doing a simple chore at home. The more we reflect, the more we appreciate God's blessings. The Origin of Man [Quran 32:7] He is the One who perfected everything He created, and started the creation of the human from clay. [32:8] Then He continued his reproduction through a certain lowly liquid. [32:9] He shaped him and blew into him from His spirit. And He gave you the hearing, the eyesight, and the brains; rarely are you thankful. Let us close our eyes and imagine life without God's gift of eyesight. May God help us be appreciative.
