In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Peace be upon you,

Verse 3:18 of the Quran states the First Pillar of Islam (Submission): "God bears witness that there is no other god besides Him, and so do the angels and those who possess knowledge."

     The Most Important Commandment*
[Quran 3:18] GOD bears witness that there is no god except He, and so do the angels and those who possess knowledge. Truthfully and equitably, He is the absolute god; there is no god but He, the Almighty, Most Wise.


The Quran is filled with reminders to worship Him Alone. All messengers of God have preached one and the same message, "Worship God alone." Therefore, whoever believes in this message, believes in the Hereafter and leads a righteous life, God gives them their recompense (Quran 2:62, 5:69).

Do we make our best effort to worship God every day, with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all our strength? (Deuteronomy 6:4-5, Mark 12:29-30, Quran 3:18)
