There are so many gifts from God in our lives. We have to try to remember to be thankful for each of them. 

One of the biggest gifts, one that makes everything else possible—is the gift of guidance.Submitters pray for God's guidance regularly (Quran 1:6-7). We should also be very appreciative of this gift.

[Quran 2:185] ... glorify GOD for guiding you, and to express your appreciation.

[Quran 2:198] ... You shall commemorate Him for guiding you; before this, you had gone astray.
