Among the beautiful descriptions of Heaven in Quran, we have:

[Quran 76:13] They relax therein on luxurious furnishings. They suffer neither the heat of the sun, nor any cold.

We know that Heaven is indescribably beautiful (32:17), and is so much more than a lavish life with perfect year-round weather. It is a "retirement" that is truly worth working for.
